Our mindful-based classes are designed to empower ALL children and adults with POSITIVE life skills to promote Well Being. Our techniques foster self discovery and build self confidence to lead a more compassionate and fulfilling life. Our classes provide relaxation techniques that help one deal with everyday challenges.
Build a more compassionate and conscious life through meditation and mindfulness activities. We offer a beginner meditation and awareness class for anyone who wants more PEACE, BALANCE, and MINDFULNESS.
Mindfulness practice, through meditation, is effective for stress, worry, lack of focus, overall health and well being. Studies have shown that meditation reduces stress and anxiety in children and adults. Meditation has been shown to improve students’ performance in academics and sports.
Meditation helps children learn patience, kindness, acceptance, and generosity. Meditation strengthens children’s relationship with their inner selves, their mind/body connection, and their own personal development which make them better able to lead more positive lives and make healthier choices.
Students explore peaceful ways to connect to their inner selves through mindful techniques and meditation to build self confidence. Students understand their own reactions better and can learn to self-regulate their emotions. Students learn relaxation techniques that they can use throughout the day to become more focused, calm, and balanced.

As a series of 6 classes throughout the school year, our highly trained teachers will bring "Just Breathe" into your school. Students explore calming and focusing techniques through mindful movement and breathing. Themes include gratitude, kindness, self love, confidence, joy, inner peace, trust and courage.

Our "Just Breathe" for teachers will provide a variety of mindfulness tools that can be implemented in the classroom throughout the school year. Teachers will also be introduced to meditation to enhance their over-all well being.
This class is perfect for Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, after school clubs or sports teams. Students learn peaceful ways to connect to their inner selves through mindful techniques and meditation to build self confidence.

A private session begins with a brief introduction that will guide you and your family into the inner quiet of your meditation. Students will learn breathing techniques, posture and mantras. Students will then enjoy a relaxing guided meditation. This is perfect for a beginners who would love to learn how to meditate with an intention to incorporate meditation practice into their daily lives.
Designed for a group of 10 or more. A beginner meditation and awareness class for all who want to create more balance,peace, and mindfulness in their busy lives. Students will practice present moment awareness through breathing, guided imagery and sharing. We also will do a relaxing guided meditation using tranquil music and essential oils.

"Just Breathe" is perfect for all your employees where they can let go of some work stress and explore peaceful ways to connect to their inner selves through mindful techniques. Meditation provides stress coping and management skills. Through meditation, employees learn how to effectively deal with emotional triggers or stress in the workplace. Employees learn relaxation techniques that they can use throughout the day to become more focused, calm, and balanced.

Benefits of meditation in schools
We are sisters who have been practicing meditation and mindfulness over 15 years and realize the growing need to connect with our inner self more than ever in our BUSY worlds. We both began as elementary school teachers at Brookside Elementary School in Westwood, NJ before starting our own families. Our passion for teaching encouraged us to create Well Beings of NJ in effort to enhance the lives of both children and adults. Our training includes a variety of life changing workshops and seminars with amazing teachers which include Anthony Robbins, Deepak Chopra, Eckhardt Tolle, Iyanla Vanzant, Barbara De Angelis, Wayne Dyer, Marianne Williamson, Louis Haye, Bhante Saranapala and many more. Our intention is to share mindfulness techniques to children and adults so they can have a more confident, joyful and peaceful life.
